Zita's acting credits include The Back of Beyond, Pigeon Racing: Advanced Techniques and Heart with Waterdonkey Theatre; The World's Wife, The Importance of Being Earnest and Dystance with Mephisto Theatre; I, Keano with Lane Productions. Zita is a co-founder of Waterdonkey Theatre. She holds an MA in Drama & Theatre Studies from NUIG and currently teaches drama with Stagecoach Theatre School, Galway.
